Communication
This special Web-based option allows customers to start a private
discussion, ask questions and receive responses from company managers
online (logged message history). Company managers may also submit
personal requests to customers and affiliates for any additional
information, if necessary.
Accounts
There are a few type of accounts in AceFlex® system: customers,
partners (affiliates), suppliers and company. The summarized as profile
information allows to review and analyze the data as well as offer
personalized service. Using private login on the Web, everyone can
easily access and retrieve his/her details to update. Company managers
may also supervise accounts according to the permissions granted by
administrator.
Loyalty
programs
To give customers more incentives to return and purchase more in the
store, AceFlex® system offers e-points and customer credits
additionally to standard promotions. A customer may earn points for
every purchase made in the AceFlex Web store. After that, all
customer's epoints that can be converted into store credit may be
applied toward all future purchases. Any change in customer
epoints/store credit balances is automatically traced by the system.
The following balances are available:
- Epoints - total sum of customer points earned during a
certain time;
- Store credit - virtual cash available for customer to
buy products in store.
Price
level
Price level allows to apply discounts to specific customer groups,
giving more price control and flexibility for sales on different
markets. An administrator can assign different price levels (the number
of price levels is unlimited) with different discount values or
percentage, associate them with appropriate customers, etc.
