Order/refund processing
AceFlex® B2C software allows to process orders and refunds/replacements on
the Web. It also traces the original source for orders: online (Web
storefront), email, phone, fax, mobile phone, etc. The refunds are also
logged for later analysis of periodic sales activities. All required
information is compactly presented on a user-friendly interface. The system
provides more information about order delivery as well, to get more insight
and aware how the payment is expected.
Sales vs
financing
To generate more sales, merchants may offer flexible payment terms
additionally to commonly used. Customers may order products and pay in
instalments during a certain time interval pre-configured in the system. In
this case, the contract is required to be agreed by customer in advance or
confirmed on the Web.
Recurring billing
(schedule)
To trace all outstanding payments and create new recursive orders, it's
possible to schedule new charges in future based on the prior agreement
with customers. This option is primarily used for auto-shipping, when
customers order the same products weekly or monthly. Also, it might be used
to process orders for services like hosting, club membership, etc.
Shipping &
returns
Shipping manager allows to select the most
convenient shipping method to deliver products, estimate shipping
cost, print mailing labels, gift wraps & packing slips and more.
AceFlex B2C system provides customers with an easy way for refund/replacement.
It is possible to trace all customer requests. According to customer reasons
regarding dissatisfaction with a product, the product can be replaced or money given
back.
Consider the reasons for return procedure:
- D.O. A. (Dead on Arrival) or a wrong item has been shipped to a customer;
- Defective product (an item is faulty);
- Descrepancy (an item is replaced or upgraded);
- Request for refund.
In case with replacement, a product can be either exchanged on similar one with
the same price (usability of store credit only) or on another item
with charge (extra shipping charge/handling fee). |
