 Payment
options
Companies can accept variety of payments such as credit/debit cards,
electronic/paper checks, money orders, wire transfers and cash. All
data is saved and protected by secure & private login access
(authorized personnel only). The data transmission to the server may be
established under HTTPS protocol (SSL certificate is required). The
data such as payments, accounts, checks and credit cards is encrypted
(except HTML codes and scripts for faster operation). There are some
additional virtual payment methods available in the system such as
store credit, gift certificate, customer credit (available within a
certain time interval only).
Shipping
options
AceFlex shipping option is very flexible and allows to select the most
convenient shipping method to deliver products, estimate/optimize
shipping cost, print mailing labels in batch & product return forms
(RMA) online as well as invoices, gift wraps & packing slips in
bulk/per-order and more. The delivery module provides two groups of
shipping methods:
- External (integration with third party companies like
UPS, USPS);
- Internal (created and configured by company
developers).
Tax
model
The tax system in AceFlex was designed to handle both North American
and International tax systems. Taxes are calculated automatically. The
tax management logic depends on the tax model chosen:
- Sales tax (USA) -- used for the Web stores based in
United States;
- VAT (Europe) -- applied for the Web stores based in
Europe or other countries where the VAT (Value Added Tax) system
works;
- GST/PST/HST (Canada, Australia) -- used for the Web
stores based in countries with different taxation system.
