Account
management
AceFlex B2C allows to place individual user accounts. The system
provides a way to manage information about users via its user-friendly
interface. With AceFlex B2C it is possible to manage user accounts and
passwords from a single point of administration. Less time and money
will be spent on managing user accounts, as far as changes made to
account information will be immediatelly distributed to every unit of
the system. Helping your multi-vendor systems work together, AceFlex
improves your employees' productivity. Using AceFlex, you can provide
users with reliable and easy access to the applications and services
they need.
Company seats and
roles
Access to back office is granted to a certain number of users
according to the license purchased. They may have different roles and
complied with the company policy to access relevant information to
review. Using AceFlex account management option a store merchant can
easy enable/disable a set of permissions. Each account has a fixed set
of permissions. There are five types of permissions available:
- Administrator -- full access to all back office
functionalities;
- Sales manager -- access to sales management section
only;
- Inventory manager -- access to inventory management
functionality only;
- Catalog manager -- access to catalog management section
only;
- Demo user -- while working with demo version a user has
the rights of administrator.
